Jeremy Tennis Hub - Biomechanics Book your analysis

Your stroke decoded,
not guessed.

Biomechanical analysis

A pro's stroke isn't just practiced more, but sequenced better: hips, shoulders, arm and racket, firing in the right order, at the right time.

Send me a video of your stroke and I'll show you exactly where yours breaks down.

Jeremy Birba serving

The reasons you're stuck.

You've received wrong advice

  • "Step into the shot."

A stroke is rotational, not linear.

  • "Hit the ball in front."

Contact point is wherever your racket's circular path meets the ball.

  • "Brush the ball."

It's impossible. Contact lasts less than 4 milliseconds.

  • "Snap your wrist."

The wrist only transmits power generated upstream. Forcing it risks injury.

And your sensations are not enough

Feeling comfortable matters — but feel can mislead you. It can hide a real flaw for years, or push you to fix the symptom, not the cause.

Filming yourself is the only reliable way to know what's happening.

Video doesn't lie.

Why work with me?

My approach

My approach is built on biomechanics: the science of how the body moves to produce force. The same principles show up across every sport built on a strike, from boxing to baseball to tennis. Applied correctly, they let you hit harder, with more control, using less energy, all while keeping your own style intact.

What you will receive

Real excerpts from a report delivered to a client. The text is blurred to protect the method — the structure and depth stay intact.

Don't take my word for it.

Three sessions. One serve, rebuilt.

What people say

"You helped me understand why I was not able to do the same serve everytime! Thank you so much for your guidance."

— Tim (Singapore)

"He meticulously breaks down every aspect of body movement, helping players understand how each movement contributes to balance, timing, and power."

— Elvin (Singapore)

"Jeremy is the best tennis coach we've had, would highly recommend! He was very sharp in noticing our forms and his cues were intuitive. We made more progress as a couple in 2 months than we did with another coach we spent 4 months with."

— Frank & Sherilyn (Singapore)

Jeremy — Tennis & Biomechanics Specialist

  • French Tennis Federation pathway — among the best of my age
  • Career-high UTR above 11.5, multiple wins at UTR 13
  • MSc Human Movement & Data Science (High Honours)
  • MSc High Performance Sports Conditioning (Honours)
  • Coached across France, Greece, Sri Lanka and Singapore

I've coached across four countries, working with everyone from complete beginners to ITF juniors and academy players. In Sri Lanka, I served as biomechanics consultant to the national army tennis section, under Renouk Wijemanne, the country's former No. 1 and Davis Cup coach.

I trained in human movement and sports science: biomechanics, anatomy, statistics and movement analysis. This is what lets me look past what a player feels, and use video analysis to see what's really happening in the movement.

This is the foundation of my analysis.
Understand the movement first, then find what matters most.
